FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — January 9, 2015 — The White-Wilson Community Foundation (WWCF) will host the 3rd Annual Run for the Health of It 5K & 8K Run/Walk on Saturday, March 21, 2015. Runners and walkers will take off at 9 a.m. for Helen Back Café, located at 114 Amberjack Dr. on Okaloosa Island. Participants of all ages and athletic abilities are invited to attend.

The charity race features both a 5K and 8K course for runners and walkers. The new scenic course if flat, fast and perfect for setting that personal record. Participants will celebrate with a post-race party featuring food, drinks, music, massages, give-a-ways and an awards ceremony.

T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 200 participants and prizes will be awarded for the top three males and females in ten year age categories. Master, Grand Master, overall male and female runner and top three male and female walkers will also be recognized.
